Anna and Jessica's Pregnancy and Postpartum Journey

Welcome to an amazing blog that will take you through the journeys of two Core Exercise Solutions team members. Both of these wonderful women first found Dr. Duvall’s programs due to experiencing issues after having their first child.

This blog will document their recovery from that first pregnancy and also follow them through their second pregnancy and how recovery is going every step of the way.
