Taking the time to explore these foundations will allow you to hone in on your base strategy for breathing and bracing and provide you with a solid base to build further strength and movement on top of it.
The following months, you’ll progressively build upon this foundation to further explore, improve, and balance hip function, core strength, and scapula mobility, all of which can improve your core and pelvic floor.
Throughout the program, you’ll be improving upon your body awareness and provide your body with novel stimuli that will take your current movement practice to the next level.
The program includes workout along with videos that are pre-recorded for you to play at your convenience to learn through movement as well as additional educational materials.
Receive support through our active Facebook Group, Live Calls, One-on-one Session, and Bonus material. Submit videos performing the exercise and have our professionals provide feedback and guidance to help you get the most out of what you are doing.

"I was at an all-time low with my health when I searched out a core program, and Sarah's was the one that stood out to me as worth investing in. I had a hernia that developed after an abdominal surgery and it wasn't a good candidate for surgical intervention. I dove into Sarah's exercises headfirst and haven't looked back. My core is getting stronger and stronger by the week and I no longer am even considering surgery."

With over 35 years of combined clinical experience as both physical therapists and personal trainers, Sarah and Anna bring a wealth of knowledge to help guide you through the program.

As health and fitness professionals, we know how great it is to be coached by someone else. Many of us in the industry don’t take the time to work on ourselves. Learning through Application isn’t a CEU course in the traditional sense; instead, it’s a way to apply the workouts to yourself and learn as you go. We offer guidance through the program online through daily check-ins during the week and include a one-on-one call with expert, Paige Dunmore, so you know you’re on the right track.

How is this Application Course different from the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist course?

The Learning Through Application Course is a customized exercise program focused on you! You'll move through the 16-week course using workout along with videos and hands-on application to focus on bringing about change to your body! It's not a CEU course in the traditional sense, but it does contain substantial education on the core and pelvic floor. This course also has a very limited number of registration spots.

The Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) certification course is a 34 hour traditional course. The PCES course is for those that want to specialize in the pregnancy and postpartum time period. There are no workout along with videos in the PCES course.

The Learning Through Application course is for professionals that want to focus on themselves and dedicate time to doing the workouts and getting help!

How long will I have access to the course?

You will have lifetime access to the course, but you have one year from your purchase date to complete the final quiz for CEU credit. Support last for 16 weeks but the program is yours to keep!

Do I have to take the quiz by a certain date for CEU credit?

Due to CEU regulations and renewals we cannot guarantee credit after one year from your purchase date. So, please complete the course within one year to get your CEU credit. You will be able to keep the course for a lifetime.

What’s the refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied with the course, you can request a refund within 15 days of purchase.

How many days a week am I expected to participate in the program over the 16 weeks?

Research shows that it takes exercising at least 3 days per week to make any noticeable change in the body. You can maintain for less, but to move forward you'll really need at least 3. The workouts each week are about 20 minutes long, so they are easy to fit in! 20 minutes is less than one TV show, even streaming.

We find women do the best when they: #1. Make the decision that they are going to do the workouts. #2. Block off the 20 minutes on their calendar so the time is set aside.

We’ve helped many extremely busy women, from CEOs and Doctors to Moms of 7! When someone decides they are ready for results, it happens.

The program is designed so you can just push play and follow along. You don’t have to organize anything. You don’t have to figure out your workouts. You just push play! All the workouts are pre-recorded so you can watch them at the time that suits you best. We’ve made it as easy as possible.

What time are the Live Calls?

There are approximately 12 Live Calls throughout our time in the program together. They are held on Zoom on a variety of days and at a variety of times so we can hit more time zones. If you can’t make a call, no worries! You can submit any questions ahead of time and we’ll cover them thoroughly on the call. All calls will be recorded so you can watch them later. Honestly, as a busy working mom, listening to a recording can be my favorite part because I love listening at 2x speed while I do dishes after dinner or get ready for the day.

When do I get access to the program? Does support begin immediately after the purchase?

You’ll receive immediate access to the program after you’ve made your purchase. Group support will start the following week. We’ve learned that when you work through the program with other women at the same time, it really helps provide motivation. It also helps us tackle all those hard topics at the same time for everyone, so we’re all learning together. Support lasts for 16 weeks and includes a one-on-one exercise troubleshooting call with an expert CES team member!

I'm well past my postpartum years and have had this issue for a long time, is it too late to work on my symptoms?

It’s never too late to build strength and improve issues in the body. That’s backed by research! Studies show women can even gain muscle into their 90s!!! There is no age limit for this program. The only limiting factor is navigating online. So, if you feel comfortable signing into a program, clicking play on a video and following along, then this program will help.

Is this program designed for professionals?

This program is intended for professionals as a focused workout program to learn through application. It's set up for both personal improvement and focus as well as professional learning.
