Note from Sarah: Anna is our head Physical Therapist here at CES and is absolutely incredible. She is who I call to help me work through my own personal rehab issues. I have not met a smarter more caring PT. I know you will love her as well!

In this session, we can review exercises, problem solve and come up with the best game plan to get you moving forward.

I’ll make notes during the session. Feel free to reply to that email if you have any lingering questions about the session. If you have new questions that crop up later, want to coordinate efforts with another wellness provider or need opinions on different workout plans, please schedule a new session to go over those.

This option is also perfect for other wellness providers looking for advice or mentoring about a current client. We can put our heads together during the call and come up with a plan!

Questions? Please email Info(at)CoreExerciseSolutions.com.

Sarah is certainly well above any personal trainer or physical therapist I have worked with before. With her PT background, she knows the structure and mechanics of the body inside and out, along with a multitude of exercise solutions for various challenges. The other trainers I have worked with just don’t have that degree of proficiency, and the physical therapists I’ve worked with don’t have the fitness perspective.

Following a sports injury and four years of rehab (including physical therapy, chiropractics, acupuncture, tui na, massage, and work with a Sports Medicine hip specialist), it took only two sessions with Sarah to get answers and solutions to my underlying issues. I am finally getting back into the sports I have missed for so long and love feeling my inner athlete come back out again!

If you are looking for some awesome, knowledgeable people to work with, these are the guys I highly recommend. Their friendliness and result-driven approach is what I love about them.

I went to Sarah after three years of chronic hamstring pain. I’ve gone to six doctors, done two different types of massage therapy and two rounds of physical therapy, all of which helped only a little. Then I went to Sarah. She educated me on the true cause of my injury. I am back running pain free for the first time in years.

Sarah has literally given me the therapy for a head-to-toe remodel, improving my posture to strengthening my toes. I now have a toolbox of knowledge and exercises and because of Sarah, I can sit and stand at my desk and drive my car pain-free.

After a car accident, I have been in and out of physical therapy for roughly a year. I started working with Sarah and received a custom workout that allowed me to feel great in no time.

She has lead various group strength training classes for them and created sprint workouts focusing on sprinting and cutting techniques for injury prevention and improved sports performance.

When she is not participating in work-related activities, Anna is enjoying time with her growing family and finding time to continue to be active through weightlifting, playing ultimate frisbee, practicing yoga, and hiking.
