Frequently Asked Questions

What are the dates and times of the conference?

November 2nd and 3rd, 2023

Thursday the 2nd from 8am-5pm Happy Hour to Follow

Friday the 3rd from 8am-4pm

Are there CEUs available for the conference?

Hopefully! I’ll apply for CEU credit for the conference through several key PT states as well as several prominent fitness certifications. I can’t guarantee specifics at this time, but I'll do what I can.

Why are there a limited number of spaces?

The conference room has a limited number of seats.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of how the room is booked, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you’re not sure you can be available November 2nd and 3rd, 2023, then please wait to join the conference.

When should I book my hotel room?

Soon! I’ll email out all that information shortly after registration. I’m finalizing the room block discount with the hotel right now. You won’t get a cheaper rate for a Vegas vacation! They are giving us the conference rate for 3 days before or 3 days after the conference if you’d like to add on a few vacation days.

What else is there to do in the area?

We’ve booked a really nice hotel for the conference. It has a great pool, golf course, spa, and other activities in case you want to bring the fam along. We’ll wrap up by 4pm on Friday if you’d like to catch dinner and a Cirque du Soleil show (We saw Mystere a few years ago and it was incredible!) Or head out on a hike in Red Rocks Canyon National Conservation Area. Vegas has incredible mountains, which is where we spend most of our time on visits.
