Core solutions offered the most extensive learning.While doing the course I was able to apply the exercises/skills I was learning with my newly Post natal clients and to myself!I would highly recommend the course, if you are looking to extend your knowledge and expertise working with Postnatal/Pregnant women and all populations, it was one of the best learning experiences.
