I am a personal trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Psychology, and I found so much value in the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist course. There is so much information that isn’t covered in typical courses on anatomy, kinesiology, personal training, etc. Sarah and Anna set a thorough foundation for understanding how the core, breathing, and pelvic floor work in the first half of the course, before getting into pregnancy/postpartum specifics, which means that concepts from this course can be applied to ALL clients, including non-pregnant/postpartum women and men. I have found it extremely useful for helping identify and correct common issues/imbalances in my clients. There is so much content included in the course, even though I’ve completed it, I will go back through again and certainly continue to learn new things!
