I took the PCES courses, 2.0 when I was postpartum with my first child and the upgraded 3.0 version when I was postpartum with my second child. I’m a yoga teacher who always was fit, but my first time postpartum I felt so lost in my body and didn’t know how to recover. Taking the PCES course taught me so much! I could apply it to my own healing and strengthening and afterwards I’ve been taking it further and been able to help and support many pregnant and postpartum women who also felt lost in where to get the help to heal. This course is very comprehensive and I would recommend it to anyone who want to work with pregnant or postpartum women.
