This course empowered me to feel equipped to truly treat pregnant and postpartum individuals as a whole, recognizing how the entire kinetic chain and movement patterns impact a person’s life. The instructors’ passion and deep knowledge in this area was evident and their encouraging, insightful discussions helped me feel more prepared to treat this population.
