This course went into so much depth about the pregnant and postpartum body, but it was presented in a way that was easy to digest. I never felt overwhelmed, and the case studies beautifully wrapped all the concepts up at the end of a module. Although there are a lot of factors to consider when working with this population, Sarah lays it all out in a way that makes it easy to recall and implement into a daily work flow.
