Movement assessment
A movement assessment can help troubleshoot problem areas and come up with the best exercise selection and game plan to get you moving forward.
Mentorship
Gain professional advice by discussing problems and troubleshooting people you’re working with. Sometimes it can be helpful to put heads together or get a fresh perspective when you’ve already been working with someone for a while, or for those individuals with lots of layers. It can also be nice to have help as you first start integrating the information from our programs into what you are currently doing.
Review course material
A one-on-one can be a great way to work through or review the content of one of our courses, learn what to do with the information beyond the course, or dive deeper into specific topics. Because this is a one-on-one opportunity, you'll be the one driving the focus for the session.
As part of your appointment, you’ll receive a detailed follow-up email about what we covered, additional resources, and suggestions to work on moving forward. Feel free to reply to that email if you have any lingering questions about the session. If you have new questions that crop up later, want to coordinate efforts with another wellness provider, or need opinions on different workout plans, please schedule a new session to go over those topics.
We use a program called VSee for our virtual calls. It allows for screen sharing so we can better help you. Please download VSee prior to your appointment and connect with the link provided.
Please be courteous to others and allow at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]. We are happy to help at any time.

About Dr. Anna Hammond, DPT, OCS
Anna received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009 and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Orthopedic Certified Specialist.
She has run outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics, been a high school strength and conditioning coach, and led women's health and wellness classes for high schoolers and female faculty. She has been a valued member of the CES team since 2016. Anna is a mother of two and loves staying active with a background in weightlifting, yoga, hiking, and playing competitive women's ultimate Frisbee.
Anna first came to CES for help with her own pregnancy and childbirth recovery. She immediately found a passion for teaching women to help themselves and others and promote better access to the care and support needed to feel empowered in their bodies again.
Anna has an excellent talent for assessing movement patterns, a love of learning, and brings a puzzle-solving perspective to her whole-body approach. In addition, she greatly values the importance of mindset and happiness in an individual's healing journey and enjoys helping people learn to connect to their bodies.
About Paige Dunmore, BS, PTA, PCES
Paige received her bachelor’s degree in 2003 and her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2014. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
She started out in outpatient orthopedics and worked with people of all ages and walks of life, focusing on rehab of the jaw, shoulder, hip, knee, and postpartum issues. She also helped design and implement a return-to-running program through the clinic and then joined the CES team in 2019.
Paige found CES after her own experiences with childbirth. She had so much success with healing her own body that she was thrilled to have the opportunity to help others realize their own healing potential. She enjoys bringing a holistic view of healing to the table, exploring the mind-body connection, and helping others along in their journey toward feeling and moving better! Working with some of the best in the industry has given her a strong eye for assessing movement, troubleshooting, and getting to the root of issues.
Paige is a mother of two and loves to go hiking, running, cross-country skiing, biking, and tent camping in the woods with her family.
