I enjoyed learning about specific exercises to help people feel better. Sarah and Anna do a great job in demonstrating and explaining exercises. I like that I am able to access the Exercise Library to review the exercises.

I took both the PCES 2.0 and PCES 3.0 courses. The first course was a great base and the second “review” course helped to solidify the information. I feel more confident after taking the course twice. Sarah provides so much great information that I picked up on different key points each time I took the course.
