“As a personal trainer, the courses I had done covered little (if any) education on the pregnant or post partum person. I was left lacking the competency to safely work with this population in a gym setting.
As a new mom attending “mommy and me” classes in the first few months of my daughters life, I became acutely aware some of the people hosting these classes are not qualified to do so. To the point that I knew if I didn’t modify myself by using what little I knew, I was going to hurt myself. This is what inspired me to do this course.
Now I have the confidence and education to help guide more women like me who are wanting to get back to their pre-baby exercise routine but don’t know how/where to start”
