This is far and above the best course I’ve ever done. It’s extremely comprehensive, and dives deep into the ‘whys’ of doing things rather than just repeating what you’ve seen. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of pregnancy, postpartum and the pelvic floor, and already seen massive changes using these approaches with my clients. Sarah and Anna are brilliant.
