The glute and ab workout series after the 6-week program consists of 6 different glute and ab workouts. They progress in difficulty through 3 different levels so you can build ultimate glute and ab strength.
Each week you will have 5-7 short educational videos to watch explaining the “why, what, how” and then exercises to fix that issue. It should take no more than 20min 3-5 days per week. Each week will be different, be prepared to work on things from your head to your toes!
It is a self-pace series, so you can go faster or slower if you like. I know life can be busy!
