This is a compilation of stories from women about their pelvic floor journey. Some are just starting and others have found great success but what they have in common is a desire to share. To help educate other women and give us all hope that our bodies are not broken and that things can get better.

A Few Takeaway Points:
– Kegels are not bad, they can be a very useful tool for helping the pelvic floor, but if they are not working, try something else. They are not the only answer to pelvic floor problems.
– Keep searching until you find awesome healthcare providers. You wouldn’t pick any random contractor to build your house. Treat your body BETTER and get more than one opinion. You are worth it!!
– The most important takeaway is that our bodies are capable of amazing things and this is not the time to give up.
